About Crown Standard
Crown Standard supplies premium laundry and dishwasher products to customers in New Zealand.

Online store use
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
You must not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, or misuse any content belonging to Crown Standard.
Products and availability
We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, natural wood variation and the device used to view the website.
Products, prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, information is incorrect or fraud is suspected.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed using an available payment method at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable
- Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
- Payment cannot be processed
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised
- Delivery cannot reasonably be completed
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, rural delivery requirements or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.
Risk in the products passes to the customer once delivery has been completed at the address provided, subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law.
Product use and safety
Laundry and dishwasher pods must be used only as directed.
Keep all cleaning products out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes and follow all safety instructions supplied with the product.
Crown Standard is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, use contrary to instructions or failure to follow product warnings, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits rights available under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer laws. New Zealand consumer law includes guarantees relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and products matching their description.
Intellectual property
All website content, including the Crown Standard name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text and designs, belongs to Crown Standard or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use this content without prior written permission.
Third-party services
Our website may use services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, couriers, analytics providers and social-media platforms.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Crown Standard is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
