Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Crown Standard order. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Email customersupport@crownstandard.nz with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Where a product does not meet the guarantees provided under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or other solution depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not generally accept returns for change of mind.
Due to the hygiene and safety requirements of laundry and dishwasher products, opened, used or unsealed products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or otherwise covered by New Zealand consumer law.
We may consider a return of an unopened and unused product when:
You contact us within 14 days of delivery
The product is sealed, unused and in its original condition
The original packaging is included
You provide proof of purchase
Approved change-of-mind returns must be sent at the customer’s cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using tracked shipping because we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Returns address
Do not return an item before contacting us. We will provide the correct return instructions and address after your request has been approved.
